For Nmap related problems, run these commands in Nmap
nmap -sT -p 443 www.primaryemail.co.uk -P0
nmap -sT -p 135 www.primaryemail.co.uk -P0
nmap -sT -p 1026 www.primaryemail.co.uk -P0

If they fail then your connection is being filtered - in this case you need to speak to your internet provider

Download This File. Unzip and run the file. The program will then run a check on your system and provide information on your version of Microsoft Office.

To download office updates
See the Microsoft Office Update Website and click Office update (top right of the screen). Then follow the on screen instructions

How do I export my old mailbox?

If you would like us to export your Outlook Mailbox and/or Calendar, please Contact Us. The charge is £10 per mailbox/calendar and is performed using our remote assistance service.

Alternatively, follow the instructions below if you would like to export your emails before changing to primary email.

Export your old outlook mailbox

1. Click File
2. Import and Export
3. Export to a file
4. Personal Folder File .pst
5. select the item you wish to export
6. click next
7. Select the location you would like to backup the file to ie c:\pstbackup.pst
8. Click Finish


Import your old outlook mailbox into Primary Email

1. Configure outlook to primary email as normal
2. Click File
3. Import and Export
4. Import from another program or file
5. Personal folder File
6. browse to the backup file ie c:\pstbackup.pst
7. Click Next, Next, OK
