MX record testing and information
If you have subscribed to the Basic package and have not requested the MX record change when you placed your order, you will need to request an MX record change with your ISP.
Enter your school email address in the box below and click Submit. Note: If you are using more than one domain name e.g. @ngfl.ac.uk and @school.town.sch.uk, you will need to complete the request for all required domains.
Your MX records are like digital signposts that ensure any emails sent to your school email address (e.g. newhead.bradford.sch.uk or burley.ngfl.ac.uk) are delivered to your Primary Email account.
